Troy Louis Chandler: Chandler, born and raised in San Francisco, is the Executive Chef/GM of Bonsai Bistro & Sushi Bar at Couer D’Alene Resort, Idaho.  Pan-Asian Chef Chandler helped develop menu items at the popular P.F. Chang's restaurants. He has a long time love of Los Cabos as his family has been here for years. 


Rusty Staub “Le Grand Orange”: Staub was one of the Greatest New York Mets of All Time. Rusty Staub played 23 seasons of Major League Baseball as a member of 4 different teams.  He was instrumental in the Mets win over the Cincinnati Reds in the 1973 National League Championship Series. Staub was a player-coach for the Mets in 1982 and in 1983 he tied a National League record with eight straight pinch hits. That same season he tied the record for most RBIs as a pinch hitter (25). Staub established the Rusty Staub Foundation to do charitable works and in 1986 he founded the New York Police and Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund.  Since September 11th, Staub’s organization has received contributions in excess of $112 million and has played a vital role in helping many families affected by the disaster.
Local Talent
Johni Orr: Orr has been a resident and active Realtor in Los Cabos since 1996. As a “foodie” her recreational time was spent learning restaurant menus, savoring the taste of Cabo’s diverse cuisine, and knowing the chef’s, sommeliers and wait staff of this hospitable community.  She has always been eager to share her “where to dine” list with real estate clients and friends.   She has been a repeat food judge for “Dog Day Afternoon “from the inception of the event and a loyal supporter of the Los Cabos Humane Society.

Juan Manuel Solis: Operations Manager and Sommelier, Los Cabos Wine Co. Juan has been in the wine industry for 14 years, with companies such as Jose Cuervo, Bebidas Cortes, Sheraton Hacienda del Mar, Vinos y Licores Boulevard and Los Cabos Wine Co. He is a Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommelier, the worlds oldest and leading Sommelier organization. Juan is in charge of the selection of the wines for the portfolio of Vinos y Licores Boulevard and Los Cabos Wine Co. responsible for opening new markets in Mexico, give wine seminars to wait staffs of various hotels and restaurants as well as consultant for various hotels and restaurants in Los Cabos and Mexico.
